The man was not present at the time of the raid but later turned himself in and has since been released on bail<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n According to Ramirez, the raid began without any warning. She was asleep with her baby when a neighbor alerted her to dozens of armed agents outside. Moments later, an explosion shattered a window just inches away from her child<\/strong>, followed by the front door being forcibly blown off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cIf they would’ve knocked, I would\u2019ve opened the door,\u201d Ramirez said. \u201cThey didn\u2019t need to blow up my home.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n A drone was deployed inside the house<\/strong>, moving room to room in search of Sierra-Hernandez.
