The affected product has been removed from shelves due to potential contamination from moringa leaf powder<\/strong>, though it has not yet been officially recalled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contaminated Moringa Powder Identified as Source<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)<\/strong> and Food and Drug Administration (FDA)<\/strong> traced the contamination to a single batch of organic moringa leaf powder<\/strong> imported from Vallon Farm Direct in Jodhpur, India<\/strong>. Samples collected by state health officials in Virginia<\/strong> and Michigan<\/strong> tested positive for Salmonella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
