Results Collection Information
The results of the 2024 Singapore-Cambridge N-Level examinations will be available on Dec 16. Candidates can collect their results from their secondary schools starting at 2pm. Schools will provide detailed arrangements for the collection process.
Candidates unable to collect their results in person may appoint a proxy to do so. Proxies must present the required documents for verification. Private candidates can access their results via the SEAB candidates portal using their Singpass accounts starting at 2.45pm on the same day.
Applying to Institute of Technical Education (ITE)
Candidates interested in ITE courses can apply online via the ITE application portal between 2.30pm on Dec 16 and 5pm on Dec 19. Hard copy applications are available at ITE colleges’ customer and visitor centers, but appointments must be made beforehand.
For aptitude-based admissions, candidates can check interview details on the portal from 2pm on Dec 20. ITE posting results will be released at 9am on Dec 30, and candidates must accept or reject their offers online by Jan 3, 2025.
Direct-Entry-Scheme to Polytechnic Programme (DPP)
Eligible school candidates will receive Form N, inviting them to apply for the DPP, which offers a pathway to polytechnic diploma courses through a two-year Higher Nitec course at ITE.
Applications for the DPP can be made online from Dec 16 to Dec 19, with posting results available at 2pm on Dec 20. Successful candidates must confirm their places by Dec 26. Those without a confirmed spot will need to report for Secondary 5 in 2025.
Polytechnic Foundation Programme (PFP)
Normal (Academic) students interested in the PFP should begin their Secondary 5 year while awaiting eligibility and placement confirmation. This one-year foundation programme prepares students for diploma courses and opens applications in January 2025 when O-Level results are released.
Education and Career Guidance
Students are encouraged to explore their options using tools like MySkillsFuture and MOE’s CourseFinder website. Teachers, ECG counsellors, and the ECG Centre at MOE are also available to provide guidance.
